Favorite Pony Thread

I liked rarity, but after watching the show, she hogs an unreasonable amount of screen time and feels more "adult" than most of the other ponies since she lives alone and works a business. She also can apparently afford to take Fluttershy to a freaking spa and generally seems to pay for a lot of the party's expenses. Her "generosity" friendship power is something I recognize in myself, but it smacks of the darkness of just wanting to be the one providing for others and I worry about the consequences of falling too deep in that hole. Spending 100 dollars on sushi and fancy pizza that doesn't feed everyone comes to mind.

Though I originally had misgiving on the subject, I would have to say my favorite is Pinky Pie. I love her musical numbers, and the story of her marking resonates so deeply with a bizarre astrological phenomena I encountered early in life that I can't help but respect her.
